nigel Nigel Sykes is Principal Teaching Fellow and Head of the Enterprise Teaching Group at Warwick Business School. His background has been varied, firstly in engineering, then sales and retail management, marketing and leisure outlet development. A former Enterprise Agency Director and manager of a pilot Community Programme project linked to industry with Birmingham Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Nigel works in a catalytic role in helping to release capability and talent within the individual and through organisational and interorganisational opportunities.
stevec President of HCL Axon, Steve Cardell joined Axon’s Board in December 2003 as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in March 2007. Axon is a global leader in the delivery of Business Transformation programmes. Steve has worked as an adviser for a wide range of national and international companies, including Orange, BP, Yell, Vodafone, Borealis, Transport for London, the NHS and United Utilities. Steve holds business qualifications from Bath and London Business Schools. He is the owner of and force behind the Presence range of businesses in Watford. Presence also has a successful online business and runs an internship programme. Steve is also involved in the Watford School of Leadership and Father’s House Trust.
stevemj Steve Mallison Jones is the Managing Director of Indigo Red and Indigo 100, well respected executive search companies. He has extensive national and international experience within the executive search business and has helped build teams within major companies, including Virgin Media, Apple, Carphone Warehouse, Skype, and Cisco. He also has in-depth understanding of public relations, marketing, sales management, executive coaching, training and communications. Before he went into business, Steve worked for Youth for Christ in the Middle East for three years. He is an anointed worship leader, and is the co-founder of The Hub, a Christian run office complex in Watford.
bridget Originally from the hi-tech business sector, Revd Dr Bridget Adams has extensive experience in general management, marketing and sales management, all at director level. She has been a consultant for the past 15 years, and as part of that work holds non-executive directorships. Her consultancy work has also included writing, including many years of specialist journalism. More recently she has developed roles in spiritual leadership in business and as a pioneer minister in the Church of England. Bridget is also a specialist in the theology of work, and is the author of Christ in the Marketplace.
graham Having worked in the finance industry for more than twenty years Graham Cleveland has a wealth of experience and knowledge to offer. He is the Director and Co-founder of Trinity Wealth Management. His work experience includes working for a National Independent Financial Adviser, working in financial services and with two major insurance companies. Graham is Chairman of the Association of Christian Financial Advisers and is passionate about using biblical principles for financial advice.
jo Dr Josephine Joy Wright is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Trust, specialising in family work. Her professional roles include Professional Advisor for Psychology for Herts Partnership Trust, Honorary Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Swansea, Associate Tutor at Moorlands College and a Consultant Trainer and Advisor to Institutions and Agencies on Disaster Management. She also works as an International Training Consultant with Viva Network UK. Through her Well-Connected consultancy Jo-Joy runs a police staff support and counselling service and trains teams and individuals in effective relationships. JoJoy also has a degree in theology.
mats Mats Tunehag is a journalist, lecturer and consultant from Sweden. He has worked in nearly half the countries of the world, developing global strategic alliances for various aims and constituencies, including Business as Mission. He is a senior Associate on BAM for both the Lausanne Movement and World Evangelical Alliance Mission Commission, and has lectured widely on BAM as well as published numerous articles and papers on the topic. Mats is also the President of the Swedish Evangelical Alliance and a global spokesperson on Religious Liberty & Freedom of Speech for the World Evangelical Alliance. He serves on the Global Council of Advocates International, a global network of 30 000 lawyers in over 120 countries.
charles With over 25 years experience in IT and 10 years in consulting, Charles McLachlan was a partner in the Advanced Technology division of Anderson Business Consulting. Although focused on the technology, media, communications and financial services industries, his consulting experience extended from blue chip clients such Sky, T-Mobile and UBS, to internet start ups Housemark and Science Warehouse. Prior to working with Anderson, Charles established a software house for derivative trading systems, and built up a software development services partnership. More recently Charles was Chief Executive of Management Futures, a leading company in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. He has worked with YWAM in transformational business projects, and was on the founding advisory board of the Transformational Business Network. Charles developed the course Anointed for the Marketplace.
